Abstract
Ehemals stationär behandelte Depressive und depressive Ambulanzpatienten absolvierten ein l6wöchiges kognitiv-verhaltenstherapeutisches Gruppenprogramm zur Depressionsbewältigung nach Lewinsohn. Auf der Grundlage eines psychoedukativen Ansatzes vermittelt das Programm Fertigkeiten, die dem Wiederauftreten und der Aufrechterhaltung von Depressionen entgegenwirken sollen, wie konstruktives Denken, selbstsicheres Verhalten, Entspannung und Planung angenehmer Aktivitäten. Akzeptanzanalysen ergaben, daβ Patienten, die das Kursangebot annahmen, eine selbstselegierte Risikogruppe für depressive Rückfälle und Chronifizierungen darstellten. Ergebnisse zura Kurzzeitverlauf eines 6monatigen Zeitraums legten nahe, daβ das Programm vor allem im Sinne einer Rückfallprophylaxe unter Intervention wirksam war. Kursteilnehmer hatten im Halbjahreszeitraum, in dem das Programm absolviert wurde, eine deutlich niedrigere Rückfallrate als eine Vergleichsgruppe depressiver Patienten, die nach Alter, Geschlecht und Pretreatment-Depressivität parallelisiert war.
