<titre>R&#233;sum&#233;</titre> Les relations entre l&#8217;&#233;ducation et le monde du travail sont en voie de transformation. Celle-ci a co&#239;ncid&#233; avec l&#8217;&#233;mergence d&#8217;un nouveau mode d&#8217;organisation du travail et la recherche d&#8217;une plus grande flexibilit&#233; pour s&#8217;ajuster aux changements technologiques et &#224; la concurrence accrue d&#233;coulant de l&#8217;internationalisation de l&#8217;&#233;conomie. Quelles nouvelles perspectives d&#8217;analyse la sociologie de l&#8217;&#233;ducation peut-elle d&#233;velopper en vue de parvenir &#224; une meilleure compr&#233;hension de ces interrelations&#160;? D&#233;bouchent-elles sur une recomposition de son champ de recherche&#160;? Apr&#232;s avoir &#233;voqu&#233; bri&#232;vement les travaux de pionniers de la sociologie et de l&#8217;&#233;conomie de l&#8217;&#233;ducation, l&#8217;auteur reconstitue &#224; grands traits les principaux axes de recherche de la sociologie de l&#8217;&#233;ducation sur les relations entre les syst&#232;mes &#233;ducatif et productif. Il en d&#233;gage une des id&#233;es cl&#233;s ax&#233;e sur la construction de ces relations et s&#8217;en inspire pour proposer de nouvelles pistes de recherche qui impliquent un &#233;largissement de son champ d&#8217;&#233;tudes.
