Abstract
La médecine est une science ancienne, soumise à l’évolution de l’histoire. Son discours, dont la terminologie, ne peut donc échapper à l’influence de ses utilisateurs successifs. La didactique de la traduction médicale devra donc prendre en compte que le sociolecte médical n’est pas alimenté par une terminologie objective et rigoureuse, mais qu’il est assujetti à une instabilité aussi synchronique que diachronique.
