Abstract
LEADERSHIP AND STRESS IN A FRENCH-LANGUAGE MINORITY ENVIRONMENT ABSTRACT. This study focusses on stress among school principals in the minority francophone context in Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia. The article analyzes different sources of stress among school leaders (stress in human resource management; management of physical resources; pedagogy; and the minority context). The study also determines the characteristics of the school principal (sociodemographic and socioprofessional characteristics) and the institutional characteristics that are associated with stress. The results show the following findings: the stress related to minority status is more important than the stress related to human resource management. Stress among women is more significant in minority context administration, and less severe among those who are studying human resource management. Gender is the most important predictor for stress related to minority status, to teaching, to material resources, and the second most important (after level of experience in adminstration) for stress related to human resources. The number of students in the school is negatively associated with stress related to pedagogy.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
