Synthesis, characterization, and structures of zircona- and boracyclosiloxanes with ferrocenyl substituents
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The novel zirconatetraferrocenylcyclotrisiloxane Cp 2 Zr(OSiFc 2 ) 2 O (6), dizirconatetraferrocenylcyclotetrasiloxane [Cp 2 Zr(OSiFc 2 )O] 2 (7), boratetraferrocenylcyclotrisiloxane (C 6 H 5 )B(OSiFc 2 ) 2 O (8), and diboratetraferrocenylcyclotetrasiloxane [(C 6 H 5 )B(OSiFc 2 )O] 2 (9) with ferrocenyl (Fc = Fe(η-C 5 H 4 )(η-C 5 H 5 )) substituents at silicon have been prepared from the reactions of Cp 2 Zr(NMe 2 ) 2 and PhBCl 2 with diferrocenylsilanediol Fc 2 Si(OH) 2 (3) and tetraferrocenyldisiloxanediol [Fc 2 SiOH] 2 O (5). The compounds were characterized by mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, UVvis, IR, Raman, and multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, as well as single crystal X-ray diffraction. Thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry investigation of 69 showed that the cycles decompose before they can undergo any thermal ring-opening polymerization. In addition, no polymerization was detected in the presence of either KOSiMe 3 or HOTf. The bulky ferrocenyl substituents on the Si atoms are likely to be at least partially responsible for the inability of these heterocycles to undergo ring-opening polymerization. Key words: heterocyclosiloxanes, ferrocenyl.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
