Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

To determine the incidence of sexual dysfunction following surgical repair of Peyronie's disease. Literature review was done on surgical treatment of Peyronie's disease and its complications. Surgical treatment of peyronie's disease could result in different forms of sexual dysfunction including penile shortening, residual curve, erectile dysfunction, and altered sensation. The incidence of these complications depends on the type of surgical approach, with grafting procedures having the highest incidence. Treatment of sexual dysfunction following surgical treatment of peyronie's disease is similar to non-peyronie's patients in most cases. Patient satisfaction is affected by many factors with realistic expectations being the most important. Sexual dysfunction following surgical treatment of peyronie's disease is not a rare event, especially after grafting procedures. Physicians should be aware of the incidence of these complications and their treatments, this is important for preoperative counselling of patients. Improper counselling can lead to unrealistic expectation, which in turn affect patient satisfaction. We recommend standardisation of the definitions of these complications.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
