Abstract
Ziele: Darstellung von Perfusionsunterschieden zwischen ödematösen und nekrotischem Pankreasgewebe in Patienten in der initialen Phase einer akuten Pankreatitis mithilfe eines 320-Schicht-CT. Methode: 20 Patienten mit klinischem Verdacht auf eine schwere akute Pankreatitis wurde innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Vorstellung in der Rettungsstelle mittels eines 320-Schicht CT untersucht. Die Patienten erhielten Sauerstoff über eine Atemmaske, um längere Atemanhaltephasen zu unterstützen. Nach intravenöser Gabe von 60ml Kontrastmittel (8ml/s, 350mg Jod/ml) und Bolus-Tracking auf Höhe des rechten Ventrikels, wurden die dynamischen Scans manuell gestartet. 15 Niedrigdosis Scans (100 KV, 45mAs) mit 16cm Scanbreite wurde innerhalb von 90 Sekunden akquiriert. Anschließend folgte, nach zusätzlicher intravenöser Injektion von 90ml Kontrastmittel und einem festen Delay von 30 Sekunden, ein Spiralscan (120kV, Röhrenstrommodulation) des Abdomens.
