Fabrication and Characterization of Cermet Supported Cell with SDC Electrolyte
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Cermet supported cells with Sm0.2Ce0.8O1.9 (SDC) electrolyte have been developed and scaled up to 55mm x 55mm at NRC-IFCI. A solid oxide fuel cell with SDC electrolyte of 10µm in thickness and Ni-SDC anode of 15µm in thickness on a 0.8mm thick Ni-YSZ cermet substrate was fabricated by tape casting, screen printing, and co-firing. A composite cathode, 75 wt% Sm0.5Sr0.5CoO3 (SSCo) + 25 wt% SDC, approximately 50µm in thickness, was printed on the co-fired half-cell, and sintered at 1000{degree sign}C. The cell with effective cathode area of 16 cm2 showed a high electrochemical performance at 600{degree sign}C, and peak power density of 0.9W cm-2 was obtained with hydrogen fuel.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
