et Sophie, deux jeunes lectrices 1 Martine Joly : Je suis très honorée de présenter la table ronde de cet après-midi, consacrée à la littérature d'enfance et de jeunesse.Robert Escarpit ne s'est pas contenté d'être un universitaire, il a aussi nourri les rêves de nos enfants, sinon les nôtres.Nous avons tous été des enfants lecteurs, des enfants rêveurs.Robert Escarpit a proposé sa propre vision du monde, de l'imaginaire enfantin au travers en particulier des Contes de la Saint-Glinglin.2 Pour évoquer la littérature d'enfance et de jeunesse, nous avons invité quelques adultes qui entourent deux jeunes filles.Je vous présente d'abord Evelyne Brouzeng, maître de conférences à l'Université Bordeaux 1, spécialiste de la littérature d'enfance et de jeunesse et plus particulièrement des documentaires pour la jeunesse ; Sophie et Julie sont des lectrices de Robert Escarpit, elles commenceront le débat ; Xavier Armange est auteur, éditeur et illustrateur de livres pour enfants ; Annie Gilles est maître de conférences à l'IUFM de Reims et spécialiste elle aussi de la littérature pour l'enfance et la jeunesse.Elle en parle auprès des futurs instituteurs, une particularité non négligeable.3 Nous allons d'abord écouter Julie nous lire ce qu'elle a préparé pour Robert Escarpit.4 Julie : Nous avons fait la connaissance de Robert Escarpit, Sophie et moi, en CE2.Il est venu nous parler de son métier d'écrivain.J'ai beaucoup aimé les Contes de la Saint-Glinglin, Écrire pour l'enfance Communication et organisation, HS N°2 | 2012
