Abstract
Cet article vise à décrire une expérience de partenariat entre un organisme communautaire et un CLSC impliqués dans l'implantation d'un programme de prévention des mauvais traitements envers les enfants ainsi qu'à identifier les facteurs qui ont contribué à l'échec de ce partenariat. Au total, 10 personnes ayant participé à l'implantation du programme ont été rencontrées dans le cadre d'une entrevue semi-structurée. Les données révèlent que les aspects positifs du partenariat se rapportent à ses débuts ainsi qu'à la participation des familles et à la coanimation des ateliers de stimulation précoce. La cessation du partenariat a eu un impact direct sur la poursuite du programme, notamment sur le recrutement des mères, l'intervention et la satisfaction des participantes à l'égard des ateliers. Selon les répondantes et répondants, les difficultés sont reliées, entre autres choses, à la présence d'un enjeu de pouvoir entre les deux organismes et à une conception différente du partenariat. Pour faire suite à ces résultats, des recommandations sont émises en vue de faciliter ce type de partenariat.
