Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

*† ‡ The approximation of unsteady generalized aerodynamic forces from the frequency into the Laplace domain acting on a Fly-By-Wire aircraft presents an important challenge in the aeroservoelasticity area. The aerodynamic forces in the reduced frequency domain are approximated in the Laplace domain, in order to study the effects of the control laws on the flexible aircraft structure. In this paper we present a new method for the approximation of the generalized aerodynamic forces by use of Chebyshev polynomials and their orthogonality properties. A comparison of this new method with Pade method used to calculate an approximation of the generalized aerodynamic forces from frequency into Laplace domain is presented. This comparison shows that this new method gives excellent results with respect to the Pade method and is applied on the Aircraft Test Model (ATM) from NASA DFRC (Dryden Flight Research Center).

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
