Abstract
Resume Objectif : L’objectif de cet article est de presenter une demarche de reflexion, de planification, de demenagement et d’operationnalisation de nouveaux locaux pour le departement de pharmacie du Centre de sante et des services sociaux de Laval. Description de la problematique : Compte tenu de l’evolution des volumes d’activites de l’etablissement et des besoins pharmaceutiques requis pour satisfaire au cadre legislatif, il etait devenu essentiel de proceder a un reamenagement majeur du departement de pharmacie. Resolution de la problematique : Afin de soutenir notre reflexion, en 2008 un comite interne de planification des amenagements et un comite des services techniques ont ete mis en place. Les travaux de construction ont ete realises de 2009 a 2010. L’ensemble du projet a permis d’augmenter la superficie du departement de pharmacie de 456 m2. Depuis l’achevement des travaux et notre demenagement, 30 mois se sont ecoules, ce qui nous permet une prise de recul face aux nouveaux espaces. Conclusion : L’agrandissement et le reamenagement de la pharmacie principale du Centre de sante et des services sociaux de Laval ont ete une experience positive. Abstract Objective: The purpose of this article is to present the redesigning of the pharmacy department of Centre de sante et des services sociaux de Laval. Description of the problem: Given the increase in the number of activities in the pharmacy department and the requirements to satisfy the regulatory framework, it became necessary to proceed to a major reorganization of the pharmacy department. Resolution of the problem: A committee for planning the redesigning and reorganization of the pharmacy department were created in 2008. Construction took place from 2009 to 2010. The entire project increased the size of the pharmacy department by 456 m2. Conclusion: The expansion and the reorganization of the main pharmacy of the Centre de sante et des services sociaux de Laval were a positive experience.
