Abstract
Le terrane paleoproterozoique d’In Ouzzal, appartenant au Hoggar occidental, affleure au sein de la chaine Panafricaine Trans-saharienne du NW de l’Afrique. Il montre les parties les plus profondes d’une croute continentale formee durant l’Archeen et recyclee a l’Eburneen sous les conditions de facies granulite de tres haute temperature. Les orthogneiss charnockitiques archeens impliques dans la zone de cisaillement eburneenne de Tikachitine montrent des veines d’injection de pseudotachylites (fentes de tension et echelon de structures en « pull apart »). Ces pseudotachylites presentent des contacts francs avec l’encaissant charnockitique et des matrices sombres, parfois litees, incluant de nombreux clastes de pyroxene, feldspath, quartz et rarement de biotite. Les associations minerales presentes dans les matrices et en aureoles autour des clastes sont de type facies granulite et similaires a celles des orthogneiss charnockitiques excepte l’absence de mesoperthite.
