RÉSUMÉ Perspectives on Human Memory and Cognitive Aging: Essays in Honour of Fergus Craik est un ouvrage traitant de recherches et de théories suite à une conférence qui a eu lieu à l'Université de Toronto en mai 2000 en l'honneur de la retraite de Fergus Craik. Le livre présente la recherche la plus récente sur la mémoire et le vieillissement cognitif effectuée par des chercheurs dont les recherches et les théories ont été soit influencées, soit reliées aux contributions scientifiques de Craik. Les théories passées et récentes sur la mémoire y sont explorées et intégrées avec les résultats de découvertes contemporaines afin de permettre au lecteur d'avoir un aperçu global du statut présent de ce domaine. Les chercheurs dans les domaines de la mémoire et du vieillissement cognitif vont trouver en ce livre un exposé informatif et fascinant qui pourrait contribuer à stimuler des tentatives de recherches ultérieures et l'élaboration de théories.
