L’évaluation dans les universités en Europe : une décennie de changements

Abstract
Dans les universités européennes, la « culture » de l'évaluation n’est apparue que récemment, au début des années 1990. Pour l’appréhender dans son ensemble, il s’est avéré nécessaire d’analyser les tendances d’histoire et de politique qui ont façonné différents systèmes universitaires. C’est ce qui a été réalisé dans le cadre d’un appel d’offre de la commission européenne, avec la recherche EVALUE, qui porte sur huit pays européens, et qui est présentée dans la première partie. Un état des lieux sur l’évaluation dans les universités européenne est ensuite réalisé dans la deuxième partie. Dans la troisième partie, on décrit les dynamiques à l’oeuvre. Enfin, la dernière partie propose une typologie de l’évaluation dans les universités en Europe.
