Abstract
L’auteur traite des fondements historiques et contemporains d’une politique linguistique nationale à Cuba. Il examine les deux phases de l’élaboration de cette politique ainsi que les enjeux culturels du projet dans les contextes cubain et hispanophone. Les effets éventuels de ce projet se feront sentir dans plusieurs domaines dont l’éducation nationale, la traduction, la gestion de la terminologie et la cohésion linguistique et culturelle du monde hispanophone.
