Le rappel de récit : comparaison de trois méthodes de cotation

Abstract
Cette étude vise, d’une part, à comparer trois méthodes de cotation du rappel de récit, soit l’analyse quantitative, l’analyse qualitative et l’analyse selon le schéma de récit et, d’autre part, à déterminer laquelle de ces méthodes prédit le mieux la réussite en lecture. Pour ce faire, deux épreuves de compréhension, soit une épreuve de rappel de récit et une épreuve de synthèse en lecture, furent administrées à un échantillon de 82 élèves de troisième année du primaire. Les résultats révèlent que les trois méthodes sont corrélées entre elles et avec la réussite en lecture et montrent que la mesure de rappel qualitatif est la méthode qui prédit le mieux les résultats à l’épreuve de compréhension en fin de troisième année.
