Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In this paper, the effects of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) on the structure of papain were evaluated by the fluorescence spectroscopy and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. The fluorescence emission spectra and synchronous fluorescence spectra indicated that there were interactions between SDBS and papain. Meanwhile, the microenvironment of the amino acid residues in the papain was changed. The UV-vis absorption results showed appreciable conformational changes in papain. The above results are significant in evaluating the toxic effects induced by SDBS in vivo. In this study, we evaluated the mechanism of inter- action between papain and SDBS by the fluorescence spectroscopy and UV-visible absorption spectroscopy. This study not only explores the impacts of SDBS on the structure and function of papain, but also indicates the threat from SDBS to the human health in vivo. 2. EXPERIMENTAL 2.1. Reagents Papain was purchased from Sigma. Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) was produced by Sinopharm Group Co., Ltd. HCl was bought from Tianjin Guangcheng Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. Silver nitrate and 3-hydroxymethyl-methane (Tris) (Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd.) were used as supplied. All solutions were prepared with ultra pure

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
