Abstract
A 21-year-old man was evaluated due to past history of recurrent ventricular tachycardia in infancy in the setting of previously documented neurofibromatosis type 1. Physical examination was remarkable for below-knee amputation undertaken for a painful tibial tumour. Electrocardiogram revealed anterior leads T-wave inversion.
