L’efficacité des groupes de participation et les orientations d’action des partenaires

Abstract
Existe-t-il une relation entre, d’une part, la nature et l’intensité des orientations d’action des membres d’une équipe de participation et, d’autre part, le degré d’efficacité du groupe? Ce problème fut exploré dans le cadre des écoles élémentaires du Québec en utilisant un échantillon de 21 ateliers pédagogiques tirés d’une population de 138 écoles et catégorisés selon leur indice d’efficacité (test E). Quatre autres instruments de mesure, soient les tests V (valeurs), N (normes), R (rôles) et F (facilités) furent administrés aux parents, enseignants et membres de la direction qui constituaient le Comité de direction de l’atelier pédagogique (CDAP). Il fut démontré qu’il existe des différences significatives entre les ateliers très efficaces et les ateliers moins efficaces quant aux valeurs partagées par les partenaires, quant à leur adhésion aux normes du « jeu de la participation », quant à leurs modalités de fonctionnement en équipe de travail et quant à leur confiance dans les conditions humaines et matérielles qui affectent leur action collective.
