Ce texte présente un bilan des activités de recherche soutenues par le Consortium national de formation en santé (CNFS), selon l’orientation des connaissances produites et des pistes d’action qui en résultent. Nous y abordons la question de la participation du milieu à la planification de la recherche, sa réalisation et la mise en pratique des résultats. L’étude a été réalisée selon deux méthodes : une analyse du contenu des documents produits et une série d’entrevues avec des chercheurs et des représentants du milieu. L’objectif consiste à fournir quelques indications sur les atouts et les défis du rapprochement entre chercheurs et communautés dans la perspective de la recherche participative.
