Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

“The creation of this new research chair is extremely important,” said CNGVA President Alicia Milner. “It demonstrates an increasing awareness of the tremendous potential of natural gas transportation technologies to reduce carbon emissions and contribute to Canada’s economic prosperity. Canada is already home to many leading companies involved in the supply chain for natural gas, heavy natural gas engines for trucks and buses, and vehicle and station components. Investment in research will further strengthen Canada’s leadership position in the supply of low-carbon transportation technologies.” The Canadian Natural Gas Vehicle Alliance is a national trade association that advocates for the sustainable growth of natural gas vehicles, refuelling infrastructure, and renewable gaseous fuels for the benefit of Canada’s economy and environment. Canada’s first two major liquefied natural gas (LNG) highway truck projects will begin in 2011, with Robert Trucking operating up to 180 LNG trucks in Quebec and Ontario, and Vedder Transport operating 50 LNG trucks in British Columbia. Canada’s first natural gas refuse truck fleet was recently put into service by Waste Management in British Columbia. Earlier this month, the City of Surrey, British Columbia, became Canada’s first municipality to require the use of lower-emission natural gas refuse trucks for residential collection services. -30

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
