Abstract
Este artigo apresenta características da Infraestrutura Nacional de Dados Espaciais (INDE) e aspectos arquitetônicos e tecnológicos para um Ecossistema de Infraestruturas de Dados Espaciais (IDEs) proposto para a próxima geração da IDE brasileira. Um protótipo, chamado IDE-CO, está sendo construído fundamentado em uma plataforma habilitada para governo, instituição, cidadão e academia. Essa plataforma permite que uma IDE seja instanciada, nesse ecossistema, por qualquer esfera de Governo (federal, estadual ou municipal) ou por uma comunidade (cidadãos comuns, organizações da sociedade civil, grupos de pesquisadores e outros). Esta plataforma é constituída por um conjunto de ferramentas geoespaciais que oferece serviços tais como: migração, ligação, integração, recuperação, criação, visualização, manipulação, processamento, análise, compartilhamento e gestão de informação espacial. Além disso, considera os aspectos sociais (gestão, avaliação, agrupamento, ordenamento, reputação, seguir etc.) fornecendo serviços para apoiar as instituições, pessoas e comunidades. Para proporcionar essa infraestrutura, a plataforma leva em conta os princípios de iniciativas abertas e transparentes, cultura de participação e injeção inversa de dados espaciais e está sendo construído com ferramentas de código aberto. De modo a validar o ecossistema IDE-Co é apresentado o protótipo aplicado a Área de Preservação Ambiental (APA) de Guapimirim.
