Se analiza en este estudio la pluralidad de reformas producidas en la vigente Ley Organica 5/2000, de 12 de Enero, reguladora de la responsabilidad penal de los menores, asi como las proximas e inminentes reformas ya anunciadas por prevision legal, efectuandose un analisis juridico de todas ellas, considerando que no son acertadas ni convincentes, sobre la base de los principios informadores y especialidades propias del Derecho penal de los menores asi como de las distintas Directrices internacionales en la materia.
