Abstract
การวจยครงนมวตถประสงคเพอศกษาความสมพนธระหวางอาการปวดขอ ความเหนอยลา คณภาพการนอนหลบ ภาวะซมเศราและคณภาพชวตดานสขภาพของผปวยโรคขออกเสบ รมาตอยด กลมตวอยางคอผปวยโรคขออกเสบรมาตอยดทเขารบการรกษาในโรงพยาบาลตำรวจ และคณะแพทยศาสตรวชรพยาบาล มหาวทยาลยนวมนทราธราช จำนวน 150 คน เลอกกลม ตวอยางโดยวธการสมอยางงาย เครองมอทใชในการวจยคอ แบบสอบถามขอมลสวนบคคล แบบประเมนอาการปวด แบบประเมนความเหนอยลา แบบประเมนคณภาพการนอนหลบ แบบประเมนภาวะซมเศราและแบบประเมนคณภาพชวต ดานสขภาพทผานการตรวจสอบ ความตรงตามเนอหาโดยผทรงคณวฒจำนวน 5 คนและหาความเทยงจากแบบประเมนดวยวธ หาคาสมประสทธอลฟาของครอนบาคไดเทากบ .91, .94, .70, .82 และ .93 ตามลำดบ วเคราะหขอมลโดยการหาคาเฉลย สวนเบยงเบนมาตรฐานและคาสมประสทธสหสมพนธ แบบเพยรสน ผลการวจยพบวาคณภาพชวตดานสขภาพโดยรวมของผปวยโรคขออกเสบรมาตอยด อยในระดบด ( = 434.55, SD = 170.92) อาการปวดขอ คณภาพการนอนหลบทไมด ภาวะซมเศรา และความเหนอยลา มความสมพนธทางลบกบคณภาพชวตดานสขภาพอยางมนย สำคญทางสถตทระดบ .01 (r = -.49, -.55, -.68, -.74 ตามลำดบ) The relationships between Joint Pain, Fatigue, Sleep Quality, Depression and Health Related-Quality of Life in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis This descriptive research was to investigate the relationships between Joint pain, fatigue, sleep quality, depression and health related-quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The samples of the study were 150 patients were recruited using a simple random sampling technique who follow up at the Department of Rheumatology of Vajira hospital and Police general hospital. Research instruments were consisted of six parts: (1) The Demographic Patients’ Data, (2) The short form of the McGill Pain Questionnaire, (3) The Multidimensional Assessment of Fatigue, (4) The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, (5) Beck Depression Inventory, and (6) The Short Form Health Survey-36. Content validity was examined by five experts and reliability was tested by using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient obtained at .91, .94, .70, .82, and .93, respectively. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation. The results of the study revealed that patients with rheumatoid arthritis had good level of health related-quality of life ( = 434.55, SD = 170.92) and joint pain, poor sleep quality, depression, fatigue were negatively significant correlated with health related-quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis at the level of .01 (r = -.49, -.55, -.68, -.74, respectively).
