Abstract
A l'heure où globalisation et localisation s'entrecroisent, les étudiants en management tout autant que les managers confirmés ont besoin de repères pour faire face à la diversité des situations et problématiques de gestion des ressources humaines qui se présentent à eux. La méthode des cas pédagogiques, les plaçant au coeur de l'action, leur apporte ces expériences concrètes indispensables à l'apprentissage et à l'amélioration des pratiques managériales. 48 cas écrits par 70 auteurs sont présentés dans ce recueil. Des auteurs belges, suisses, canadiens, tunisiens, vietnamiens, français.., proposent des cas se déroulant en France, en Afrique, au Canada, en Chine, en Europe, aux Etats-Unis... Ils traitent de la gestion des ressources humaines à la fois dans ses dimensions stratégiques et opérationnelles, dans ses aspects sociaux et sociétaux, dans ses composantes nationales et internationales. L'univers francophone offre cette diversité de situations, de contextes, d'auteurs, de pays, incontournable pour mieux appréhender la contingence de l'action et se préparer à travailler à l'international.
