Ce travail de maitrise n'aurait put tre ralis sans l'aide de certaines personnes et organismes qui m'ont soutenu tout au long de mes deux annes de recherche.J'aimerais d'abord remercier mon directeur de recherche, Prof. Frdric Lesage, qui m'a toujours mis au dfi.Il a rgulirement t disponible pour m'aider dans les diffrentes tapes de mon projet.J'ai apprci ses conseils et surtout sa patience envers moi.Il m'a permis de faire un stage Boston dans un laboratoire de calibre international.Il m'a galement fait confiance avec un projet d'envergure et un budget afin d'apporter pour la premire fois l'OCT dans son laboratoire.Je le remercie galement pour tout le temps qu'il a pass corriger mes divers documents ainsi que pour son support financier.Un grand merci ma co-directrice de recherche Prof. Caroline Boudoux qui m'a accord son expertise ainsi que celle des tudiants du LODI.J'ai apprci ses mthodes d'explication claires qui m'ont permis de mieux comprendre les bases de l'OCT.Je la remercie galement d'avoir mis ma disposition les ressources de son laboratoire pour les moments o j'en avais besoin.Je voudrais galement souligner l'aide exceptionnelle de Vivek J. Srinivasan que j'ai rencontr lors de mon sjour dans le laboratoire de David Boas Boston.Son travail a t la base de mon projet de recherche.Il m'a apport une grande aide par ses conseils malgr la distance
