Abstract

С помощью иммунофенотипирования клеток эмбриональной печени при различных условиях клеточной мобилизации (вымывание клеток, трипсинизация или гомогенизация ткани) показано, что состав мембранных антигенов существенно не различается. Как и при изучении морфологии, клеточные образцы преимущественно были представлены клетками-предшественниками, коммитированными в эритроидном направлении (50–70 %), фенотип этих клеток: CD34+/low CD117⁺ CD38⁺, HLA-DR⁺/low, CD90⁺, CD7⁺/low, CD45RO⁺/low, CD36⁺⁺⁺, CD71⁺⁺⁺, CD33⁺, CD13⁺, CD14⁺/low CD61⁺/Iow. Сравнительный анализ выявил, что объем «чистой» CD34⁺ популяции был наибольшим в образцах клеточных суспензий, где клетки выделяли трипсинизацией эмбриональной ткани и затем хранили в условиях криоконсервации в течение трех недель, а наименьшим — в образцах клеточных суспензий, полученных гомогенизацией ткани.
