378 CUMULATIVE IMPACT OF HYPERTENSION, TYPE 2 DIABETES AND CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE ON ALL-CAUSE AND CARDIOVASCULAR MORTALITY
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objectives: To clarify a cumulative risk of hypertension (HT), type 2 diabetes (DM), and chronic kidney disease (CKD) for all-cause and cardiovascular (CV) mortality in a general population. Design and Methods: The study population was 74,924 apparently healthy Japanese persons (40 to 89 years old). During 405,999 person-years follow up period (median 5.59 years), 2,440 deaths including 592 CV related deaths were observed. Cumulative impact of HT, DM, and CKD on all-cause and CV mortality was estimated by Poisson regression analysis adjusted for sex, age, body mass index, smoking behavior and alcohol consumptions. Results: HT, DM, and CKD were independently associated with all-cause and CV mortality. Further, accumulation of these common diseases increased the mortality risk. However in the analyses including interaction of these three risk factors, the risk ratio for CV death was not increased in persons with DM alone. Conclusions: More attention should be paid for hypertensive patients complicating DM and CKD.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
