Einleitung: In den Studien ETV-022 und -027 zeigte eine 1-jährige Therapie mit Entecavir (ETV) 0,5mg eine bessere histologische Wirksamkeit als Lamivudin. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden die histologischen Langzeitdaten für Patienten vorgestellt, die im Median 280 Wochen lang mit Entecavir behandelt wurden.
