Michael Garrett, MS, CCM, CVE, NCP, RMHC, is the Chair of the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC), the first and largest nationally accredited organization that certifies case managers. He is also Vice President of Business Development for Qualis Health in Seattle, Washington.
