Abstract
L'appréhension du droit international comme langage, notamment par les courants dits postmodernes, a principalement conduit à l'étude de la syntaxe et à celle de la signification. Considérant le caractère évolutif du droit international mais aussi du langage, ces approches ne permettent pas de prendre en compte l'évolution du sens des concepts dans leur utilisation dans le discours et la pratique juridiques.
