Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective: To study the influences on intraocular pressure and skin temperature after stellate ganglion block and irradiation of polarized light, and to clarify the similarities and differences of the two methods. Methods: 50 pain clinic patients were assigned randomly to two groups,SGB group(25 cases) and SGL group(25 cases).Intraocular pressure and skin temperature of both sides were meagured using YZ7A pitting intraocular pressometer and UY200M temperature monitor. Results: The intraocular pressure of SGB group and SGL group showed significant differences after 10 minutes of the operation(P0.05),and showed no significant differences at other points of time(P0.05) .The skin temperature of two groups showed significant differences after 5 minutes of the operation(P0.05),and very significant differences after 10 and 15 minutes(P0.01),and no significant differences at other points of time(P0.05).Conclusion: After SGB and SGL,the intraocular pressure was rise up temporary then came down, and temperature of skin was rise up.Influences of SGB and SGL on intraocular pressure and temperature of skin were similar, and the clinical effects of the two methods were basically the same.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
