Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

According to the published genomic sequences of porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2) in GenBank,a pair of specific primers were designed and synthesized to amplify the full-length genomic sequence of PCV2 HBZX strain from clinically suspected postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome(PMWS) samples, the PCR product was cloned and sequenced. The results showed that the length of genomic sequence of PCV2 HBZX strain was 1 767nt.There was a 95.0%~98.9% nucleotide identity between the genome sequence of HBZX strain and other PCV2 isolates in GenBank. The phylogenetic analysis of the genomic sequence and the ORF2 sequences showed the similar phylogenetic tree.Phylogenetic-ally,PCV2 could be divided into two major subtypes,PCV2-subtype 1 and PCV2-subtype 2.The isolates from Asia(represented by China strain) grouped with the isolates from America(represented by Canada strain) distributed in subtype 1,the isolates from Europe(represented by France strain) distributed in subtype 2.It was concluded that there was correlation between PCV2 isolates and geographic regions.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
