Effects of drought stress on flavonoids metabolism involved in test-tube plantlets leaves of Hippophae neurocarpa
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Taking test-tube plantlets of Hippophae neurocarpaas materials, the current study is carried out to investigate the effect of drought stress on the flavonoids accumulation and activities of Enzymes. There are four drought levels:the control(without adding PEG-6000),10% PEG-6000,20% PEG-6000,30% PEG-6000.The result show that:(1)With the serious of drought stress, the contents of quercetin, kaempferol, myricetin and total flavonoids contents decreased at first, and then increased, which reachs the lowest value under 20% PEG-6000,and the values are 20.36%,12.84%,47.81%,63.22%lower than that of control, respectively. The content of isorhamnetin is increased under PEG-6000 stress compared with control, and it reachs the highest value under 10% PEG-6000,and the value is79.99% higher than that of control;(2)A significant difference for PAL,C4 Hand 4CL is found in testtube plantlets leaves of H.neurocarpaunder the drought stress(P0.05).With the serious of drought stress, the activity of PAL is significantly increased. The activity of C4 Hand 4CL increased at first, and then decreased, which reachs the highest value under 20% PEG-6000;(3)Linear regression analysis shows that the contents of kaempferol, myricetin, the total flavonoids and the activities of PAL,C4 H,4CL present negative correlation.Although the related enzyme activities are increased by drought stress, the contents of total flavonoids in test-tube plantlets leaves of H.neurocarpais not significantly changed.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
