Abstract
[Objective]To study the regularity of food poisoning in Dalian,so as to provide scientific basis for making effective prevention and control measures.[Methods]The data of food poisoning from 2002 to 2008 were analyzed.[Results]There were 2 008 cases in 457 outbreaks,and 102(22.32%) of them were identified as food poisoning.There were 7 persons died in 2 008 cases,so the fatality rate was 0.35%.102 Food poisoning incidents were caused by bacteria(75.49%),animal food(4.90%),toxic plants(15.69%) and chemical food(3.92%).And cold dishes,seafood,mushroom poisoning,meats,green beans,nitrite and unknown food accounted for 13.73%,15.69%,10.78%,12.75%,2.94%,2.94% and 41.18% respectively.The incidence in the third quarter,the second quarter,the first quarter and the fourth quarter were 70.59%,24.51%,2.94% and 1.96% respectively.Among the 2 008 cases,tourists,students in school,employees and the others accounted for 44.42%,20.28%,14.49% and 20.22% respectively.[Conclusion]The incidents mainly occur among tourists,and are mainly caused by bacteria.The all death caused by mushroom poison.
