Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

A voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) is introduced to use in a fully integrated Bluetooth transceiver. The VCO includes tow parts. The central frequency of the main VCO is half of the required local oscillating frequency. Its output frequency is doubled using the principle of injection locking to generate the required local oscillating frequency. In chip spiral inductors are incorporated for single chip integration. The tuning varactor is implemented with PMOS transistor. After layout design and post simulation with TSMC 0.35 μm standard digital CMOS technology and 3.3 V power supply, phase noise is -125 dBc/Hz(600 kHz) in the vicinity of 2.4 GHz. When the output voltage swing is 600 mV_(p-p), the power is 22 mW.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
