Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

To study the dynamic changes about the physiological and biochemical indexes of Angelica sinensisafter infected with root rot fungus, the healthy Angelica sinensis are inoculated artificially with different strains of Angelica sinensis root rot,and the changes of six indexes are measured every 7days in the process, including superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline. The results show that inoculation of pathology make the activities of SOD and CAT increase first then decline with inoculation time in different Angelica sinensis, and peaks emerge at the 7th day then decline. The tendency of the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar are similar to the activities of SOD and CAT,but soluble sugar rapid increase and reach the peak within the 7th day, while soluble protein reach the peak at the 14th day.The content of MDA and proline continue increase after inoculation, and the rates of increase gradually improve when the time for treating is prolonged, both reach the peaks to the 21th day.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
