Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective:To study the effect of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-12(IL-12)and transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1) in the immune pathogenesis of SARS-coronavirus infection. Methods:The serum levels of IL-8、IL-12 and TGF-β1 were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method in 28 cases of the patients with the SARS-coronavirus infection in Guangzhou district. The results were treated with t -test of two sample means. Results:The serum levels of IL-8 in patients with the SARS-coronavirus infection were much lower than that of healthy controls ( P 0.05); The serum levels of IL-12 in patients were much lower than that of healthy controls on second weeks periods of patients with SARS ( P 0.05);The serum levels of TGF-β1 in patients with the SARS-coronavirus infection showed no remarkable change than that of healthy controls ( P 0.05).Conclusion:The data suggest that the IL-8 and IL-12 play an important role in SARS-CoV cell immunity.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
