Abstract
This paper analyzes the status quo regulation of the taxi industry.According to economic theory,use the Game Theory and Social Welfare Theory to analyze the social welfare under the regulated and unregulated conditions in the taxi industry.By Cournot competition model,indicating that the system under unregulated conditions improve and enhance social welfare compared to the regulated conditions.By Stackelberg competition model,indicating that the system under unregulated conditions improve and enhance social welfare compared to the regulated conditions.Analyzes the taxi industry under the regulated and unregulated through the perspective of social welfare,and then analyzes the taxi industry regulation reasonable to develop and provide a theoretical basis for the future of the taxi industry to develop healthily.
