Clinical observation of severe aplastic anemia treated with combination of shengxueling and cyclosporin A.
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects on severe aplastic anemia(SAA)treated with combination of shengxueling capsule and cyclosporin A(CSA). Methods 62 cases of SAA were collected in our hospital. Of them,34 cases were in the treatment group treated with combination of shengxueling capsule and CSA;28 cases were in the control group treated with single CSA. The effects of shengxueling capsule on SAA were observed by clinical manifestation, blood routine test, the growth of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell,a part of cellular factor level, and others after treatment. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 58.8% and was 53.6% in the control group, indicating non-significant difference in statistics(P0.05). But,the treatment group presented the advantages in alleviating clinical symptoms, shortening reaction time of CSA to SAA and others in comparison with the control group. Conclusions Shengxueling can be the beneficial supplement as immune inhibitor in SAA treatment, which displays the advantages of the coordination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
