Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

To find molecular markers related to the photoperiod-insensitivity genes in oat,a total of 22 oat cultivars from China and Canada which had different growth periods were studied on molecular marker by using SSR and AFLP.The results indicated that 3 pairs of 6 pairs SSR primers from oat showed high polymorphism among the 22 oat cultivars, while 10 pairs of SSR primers from barley and 4 pairs of SSR primers from wheat did not show high polymorphic. Most of the 22 oat cultivars can be distinguished by analysis of the SSR fingerprint which were amplified by the 3 pairs of SSR primers from oat,but not from barley and wheat. Then 5 oat cultivars having significant different growth periods were analyzed by AFLP.A total of 18,240 bands were detected by 64 AFLP primer combinations, and 57 bands per primer pair were amplified.According to the AFLP fingerprint,we obtained 20 species specific bands by which all the 5 oat cultivars could be distinguished.Otherwise,2 specific bands were obtained from photoperiod-insensitivity oat cultivars which could be related markers for the photoperiod-insensitivity genes in oat.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
