Microstructure and Shearing Strength of 6063 Aluminium Flux-assisted Brazed Joints with Al-Si-Cu Based Filler Metal
Bibliographic record
Abstract
AlF_3-CsF-KF flux-assisted furnace brazing of the 6063 aluminum alloy with Al-Si-Cu-Ni-RE filler metal was conducted at 560 ℃.Microstructure of the joint were studied by means of SEM,TEM and EDS.and shearing strength was evaluated using universal test machine. The results show that microstructure of joint was consisted of α(Al)-CuAl_2 eutectic and Si phase.CuAl_2 phase were distributed evenly as dendritic crystal;the shape of Si-phase was changed in the modification process, which embedded in CuAl_2 dendrites. In TEM images, the intermetallic and needle-like θ″ phase were found.Shear strength test results show that the joints with Al-Si-Cu-based filler metal achieve an average shear strength of 62.5 MPa,14.5% more than the shear strength of brazed joint with HL401 Al-Si-Cu eutectic filler metal.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
