EFFECT OBSERVATION OF TREATMENT OF KASCHIN-BECK DISEASE WITH CHONDROITIN SULFATE,CELECOXIB CAPSULES AND MOBIC
Bibliographic record
Abstract
[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of adult KBD with Chondroitin sulfate, Celecoxib capsules and Mobic, so as to provide a scientific basis for selecting efficient and safe symptomatic treatment drugs for patients in Kashin-Beck disease area. [Methods] Chose 240 cases of 35 to 60-year-old Kashin-Beck patients, divided into three groups, gave oral Chondroitin sulfate, Celecoxib capsules and Mobic respectively. According to Western Ontario and McMaster Universities (WOMAC), changes of osteoarthritis index before and after treatment were analyzed to judge the therapeutic effect. [Results] After six months of treatment, Chondroitin sulfate, Celecoxib capsules and Mobic reduced symptoms and improved joint function, their efficient rate was 74%, 98% and 97.5% respectively. [Conclusion] Chondroitin sulfate has a certain effect on improving patient’s condition, Celecoxib capsules and Mobic have an affirmative effect on improving symptoms and reducing pain in treatment of adult KBD.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
