Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective: To evaluate the effect of revascuiarization on heart function status and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in patients with chronic total occlusion of one or more than branch of coronary artery. Methods: Thirty-five patients with chronic total occlusion at least one branch of coronary artery were studied. All the patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention ( PCI ) or coronary artery bypass graft ( CABG ) for revascularization. Heart function was assessed clinically by exercise capacity and LVEF assessed with 2 - D echocardiography. the data obtained before procedural and 3 ~ 6 months thereafter were compared. Results: The revascularization was completed in 22 patients with PCI and 13 patients with CABG. The mean follow-up period was 4. 2 months. 27 patients (77. 1%) had NYHA heart function class improvement of 2 classes, and 6 patients (17. 1%) of 1 class, while 2 patients with no improvement. LVEF increased significantly from 51. 6%±5. 8% before rovascularization to 62.2%±11. 3% 3~6 months after procedure (P0. 01). Conclusion: PCI and CABG can improve the heart function in patients with occluded coronary.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
