Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with anti-bone hyperplasia tablets in the treatment of different types of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Ninety patients with KOA treated between January 2011 and August 2012 were chosen to be the study subjects. They were divided into group A(patellofemoral articular surface changes),group B(tibiofemoral articular surface changes),and group C(total joint cartilage changes),with 30 patients in each group. All patients were given the same combined treatment of glucosamine hydrochloride and anti-bone hyperplasia tablets.Twelve weeks after the treatment,we observed such indicators as the clinical efficacy, comprehensive efficacy and safety. Results Efficacy in group A was higher than that in group B and C.There were significant differences in 20-meter walking pain, joint tenderness score, and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index score between group A and group B,C.Compared with group B and C,group A patients had a significant difference in self-evaluation and doctor-evaluation of the efficacy. After 12 weeks of treatment, compared with pre-treatment conditions, group A was significantly different in erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reaction protein(CRP),interleukin(IL)-1,IL-6,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),group B in CRP,IL-6,and TNF-α,and group C in CRP and TNF-α.There was no significant difference among the three groups in the incidence of adverse events. Conclusion Glucosamine hydrochloride combined with anti-bone hyperplasia tablets is more effective in the treatment of KOA with patellofemoral articular changes than in that of KOA with tibia femoral joint changes, and the treatment is feasible and safe with excellent efficiency.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
