This paper studies the heat treatment technique on mi- crostructure evolution of HIP FGH96 alloy.The precipitation phase type,quantity andγ′prime precipitation behavior of the FGH96 alloy that displayed before or after the heat processing are studied by using physical-chemistry-phase-analysis method. The research shows that precipitation phases structure in FGH96 alloy isγ′face centered cubic crystal phase,the main trace phase is the face centered cubic structure M (C,N) and the tetragonal system M3B2.Heat Treatment cooling rate has little effect on the structure of FGH96 alloy precipitates,but it has great influ- ence on the behavior ofγ′phase precipitation in the FGH96 al- loy.The content of theγ′phase size and large sizeγ′phase in the FGH96 alloy has a significant increase by reducing the cool- ing rate after heat treatment.
