Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

[Objective]The research aimed to explore salt tolerance of PSⅡin mulberry leaves of different cultivars. [Method]By using fast OJIP chlorophyll a( Chla) fluorescence transients, the effects of salt stress on the mulberry leaves photosystemⅡ( PSⅡ) of Longsang No.1 and Qinglong mulberry were studied. [Result]With the increase of salt concentration, the maximal yield of photosystemⅡphotochemistry( F v / F m) and potential PSⅡphotochemistry efficiency( F v / F o) significantly decreased in two varieties of mulberry, and Longsang No.1 decreased to a larger extent. Salt stress inhibited the electron transport from Q A to Q B of electron transport chain in two mulberry leaves, while the energy used for deoxygenizing Q A and the ratio of the amount of photons decreased, the ratio of heat dissipation increased. These results indicated that the decrease of electron transport rate from Q A to Q B and the increase of heat dissipation rate resulted in the reduction of the photochemical efficiency in the mulberry leaves for salt stress. The electron donor side of PSⅡof mulberry leaves photosystem was slightly damaged. [Conclusion]The salt tolerance of Qinglong mulberry was higher than that of Longsang No. 1.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
