Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Gastrodin in treating Parkinson disease with mild cognitive impairment(PD-MCI).Method Forty patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of PD-MCI were randomly allocated to medication and acupuncture plus medicine groups. The medication group was treated with Gastrodin for eight weeks and the acupuncture plus medicine group, with Gastrodin plus acupuncture. An evaluation was made using the Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRSⅢ) and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) in the two groups before and after treatment. The therapeutic effects were evaluated.Result The UPDRSⅢ total score and the MoCA score improved significantly in the two groups after treatment(P0.01).There were statistically significant differences in the MoCA and UPDRSⅢ scores between the two groups(P0.01,P0.05).Conclusion Combined use of acupuncture and medicine is more effective than medication alone in treating PD-MCI.It can also decrease the UPDRSⅢ score significantly and has a certain relieving effect on the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
