Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To detect the residues of seven isomers of benzene hexachloride and chlorophenothane in Radix Ginseng and Radix Panacis Quinquefolii from main production countries in the world. Methods With the matrix solid-phase dispersion method(MSPD),further purification was not necessary for subsequent gas chromatographic determination. The programmed temperature gas chromatography was adopted. The sampling temperature was 250℃ and the detector temperature was 280℃.The results were measured with the electron capture detector(ECD).Results Seven isomers of the organochlorine pesticide could be efficiently separated in Radix Ginseng and Radix Panacis Quinquefolii. The correlation coefficient r was between 0.9730 and 0.9991.Each recovery rate under 3 adding levels was over 80%.The relative standard deviation was less than 5%(n=6),and the detective limit was 0.5ng(S/N=3).The organochlorine residues of the 4 samples of Radix Ginseng and Radix Panacis Quinquefolii from USA,Canada, south and north Korea were very low.BHC 0.046~0.050 μg?g-1 and DDT 0.032~0.042 μg?g-1 were detected in Radix Panacis Quinquefolii and BHC 0.045~0.048 μg?g-1 and DDT 0.029~0.032 μg?g-1 were detected in Radix Ginseng that were lower than the industrial criterion BHC≤0.1mg?kg-1 and DDT ≤0.1mg?kg-1.Conclusion The contents of organochlorine pesticide residues in Radix Ginseng and Radix Panacis Quinquefolii from main production countries in the world were in accordance with the content standard in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2005 edition) and the criterion regulated by the import export green industry for Chinese medicinal herbs and preparation.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
